Data-Driven
All comparisons use official statistics from reputable international organizations.
Objective
We present facts without bias, letting the data speak for itself.
Comprehensive
Covering economy, society, environment, and quality of life metrics.
How Europe Totals Are Calculated
Transparent, population-weighted calculations for fair comparisons
🌍 Population
Europe includes all 49 European countries:
- • 27 EU member states: Germany, France, Italy, etc.
- • Non-EU European countries: UK, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, etc.
- • Transcontinental countries: Russia and Turkey
- • Small states: Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican, etc.
Current Total: 735M people (2023)
💰 GDP per Capita (example)
Population-weighted calculation (applies to all per-capita metrics):
- • Step 1: GDP per capita × European population = total GDP (per country)
- • Step 2: Sum all European countries' total GDP
- • Step 3: Divide by total European population
- • Includes 49 European countries with GDP data (98% coverage)
- • Uses European portions of transcontinental countries
Current GDP per capita PPP: $54,906 (2024)
